Anne Curtis-Smith is a Filipino-Australian actress model, television host entrepreneur and recording artist.She has received numerous accolades throughout her career including 2 FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. Her nominations included two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis has appeared in a variety of television shows such as Hiram Campanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2009) Green Rose (2009) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). She portrayed Dyesebel, the Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She also hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime from 2009-2020. (2009-2010) Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia her parents were Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith an Australian lawyer. Her father got married Ojales in 1982. Jasmine was her sister's younger. is also a professional actor. Clare is one of their cousins at the father's end. Clare passed away at 4 months of age in 2007 after suffering from an illness of the heart.
